Fees

The fees payable for all our services are highly competitive. You can download our terms and conditions here.

Registration Fee

On successful completion of our initial "no obligation" meeting we request a Registration Fee of £750. There is no charge should you not wish to proceed further. This includes our tailor-made property search and two days of personally accompanied viewings. The Registration Fee will be deducted from our final Success Fee.

Success Fee

• Renting - One month's rent payable upon signing of the rental agreement.
• Buying - 1.25% of the purchase price payable upon exchange of contracts.

We would be pleased to quote for our services upon application.

Area Familiarisation Tours

Area Familiarisation Tours are charged at £350 per day.

Additional Viewing Days

Additional accompanied viewing days are charged at £350 per day.

Previewing Properties

Preparation of an illustrated detailed report. Price on application.

Arranging Temporary Accommodation

Our fees are based on your length of stay. Price on application.

Schools and Local Amenities Search
