Jill or Natasha will meet with you personally wherever possible to discuss a tailor-made homesearch package to suit your needs. There is no charge up to this point.

Personal Homesearch Solutions will then carry out extensive research in your chosen area and obtain details of suitable properties. We will save you valuable time by eliminating many properties we feel may be unsuitable for you. We can offer you the best properties through our excellent contacts and work closely with all the main realtors and property agents. Often we can gain access to properties not yet openly on the market.

We will then draw up a shortlist, arrange appointments and take you personally to view them. If you prefer we can get started before you arrive in London. Many of our clients take advantage of this service, especially when time is at a premium. We can view a selected portfolio of properties on your behalf and then send you a detailed report. Property Selection and Negotiations

When you have identified a suitable property, Personal Homesearch Solutions can handle all negotiations on your behalf in order to ensure that you secure the property at the best possible price. Our experience in property negotiations can result in savings for you which may even cover our fees. We act solely for you and therefore have only your best interests at heart.

Completion of your Rental or Purchase

Personal Homesearch Solutions can liaise closely with your solicitor and selling / letting agent to ensure the transaction is handled efficiently and smoothly. We can assist by recommending solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors.
